My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea over the past three years. In the first contact in 2015 we had travelled down from Auckland looking to purchase a property for ourselves, preferably in Palmerston North. We signed an agreement, but after an unsatisfactory builders report on the property we elected to cancel the agreement through our lawyer. Obviously this was disappointing for Andrea, but if so, she never let it dull what we thought was a very good working relationship with her. We then returned to Palmerston North and Andrea went out of her way to show us another group of properties in her and other agents portfolios. Nothing was too much trouble, she never once attempted to pressure us into buying and while we probably frustrated her she never let this show. Andrea was always very pleasant, courteous and respectful to us. We subsequently never bought in Palmerston North, another disappointment for her as we purchased in Feilding. In 2018 we decided to purchase a rental property, again preferably in Palmerston North. By chance we saw a property for sale that was marketed by Andrea. Such was our previous relationship with her that we approached her with confidence and it really was a pleasure to work with her once again. Her sales style is low key, and I am sure that most people appreciate that, rather than an intrusive and pushy style that you do get from some agents. We were delighted that this time(third time lucky) we purchased the property. In the near future we will probably look for another rental property and we would definitely approach Andrea as a first priority.
